At SweetKnits, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we will strive to do all that we can to ensure you are pleased with your experience.
Any instock order will ship within three days of purchase and full payment. Custom orders are shipped according to the turnaround time given in the item listing. Items from Kristin ship via Canada Post. Items from Meridith ship via USPS with DC. Insurance is optional, but strongly encouraged. We cannot be responsible for lost packages or delayed deliveries once your package has entered the postal system. Should we have a delay in shipping your package, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Your custom order is knit especially for your child based upon the measurements you provide. Please be sure to measure accurately. If you have any questions about how to measure, we are happy to help. Please ask any questions regarding the fit of various patterns before finalizing your order. All custom order details will be confirmed before knitting begins, and no knitting will take place until custom orders are paid in full. Deposits on custom orders are NONREFUNDABLE. Once knitting has begun, any changes will incur a fee of no less than $5. Fees are determined by the extent of the change being requested.
Instock items may be returned (by the original purchaser) in new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 days of receipt. There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on custom orders. All returns must be cleared with the original knitter before shipping. Items are only returnable for defects in workmanship not specified in the product listing. Color pooling in knit items is not considered a defect in material or workmanship. Store credit will be provided to the original purchaser upon receipt of the returned item in new, unused and unwashed condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
